General Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
Eligible Categories
- Eligible for return or exchange: sarees, lehengas, salwar kameez, kurtis, kids wear, mens wear, fusion wear.
- Not eligible: jewellery, modex, luxe items, and home & living (unless defective or damaged).
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect issues.
- If the desired size is not available, a store credit will be issued.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Return Process
- Email us at support@eilara.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include order number, reason for return, and images if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions within 2 working days.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (based on the case).
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Jewellery, customized products, final sale/discounted items, and items marked "non-returnable."
