At Eilara, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

General Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Eligible Categories

  • Eligible for return or exchange: sarees, lehengas, salwar kameez, kurtis, kids wear, mens wear, fusion wear.
  • Not eligible: jewellery, modex, luxe items, and home & living (unless defective or damaged).

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect issues.
  • If the desired size is not available, a store credit will be issued.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Process

  • Email us at support@eilara.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include order number, reason for return, and images if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Our team will review the request and provide return instructions within 2 working days.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (based on the case).
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewellery, customized products, final sale/discounted items, and items marked "non-returnable."
